Designed Cupcakes

• Our product met our plan because our result ended up looking quite like our inspiration picture which was our goal. We had the plan of having the theme as whinnie the poo which worked out, along with having our flavor as cinnamon.

• What didn't meet our plan was the way the fondant sat on the icing, we didn't really like the look of it. We were planning on doing a cinnamon cream cheese buttercream but we haven't tried it before and were scared to use that. Our plan also changed from having 6 cupcakes to 4 because we thought another group member was coming.

• The most challenging part of this project was trying to put everything together making sure everything is in the right places and lined properly for the right outlook.

• What I liked most about the final product was the taste and the look, the taste turned out really good, I think it was a perfect amount of everything. For using fondant for the first time I think we did really well, I think the color match was perfect along with the placement

• If I was to do it again I would try using the cream cheese buttercream and try and make the full 6 cupcakes, along with try a different design.
